An Artist's Mobile Studio Ready for Adventure
A 4x4 Ford van is the base of the mobile studio
Plenty of ground clearance... for a studio
This shows the sideview all the way from the underfloor sewer hose storage up to the custom made skylights
Awnings on both sides provide shelter from the Canadian sun as well as rain sprinkles.
No, It won't fly. The square in the rear of the top is the fan vent to provide cooling and ventilation (Necessary when virtually the entire roof is skylights).
Here's an interior shot of the studio. It shows the bed in the stored position as well as all of the total blackout curtains, including in the skylights
Another shot to the front showing the low counters that the customer requested to use as work surfaces while he paints.
This view to the rear shows the toilet, shower apparatus, and shower/privacy curtain in the stored position. The large black square mounted on the right door is the portable shower base in stored position. It plugs into the round fitting in the floor at the base of the cabinet to the left in front of the furnace.
