It looks like this inside now. Looking to the rear you can see the sleeper couch as well as the comfortable third seat next to the fully functioning restroom. There's room for a folding wheelchair behind the couch.

Anson's parents have some mobility problems so making for easy entrance was extremely important

This view shows the restroom door completely closed. The box to the front contains the liquid tank for flushing the home sized china toilet.

Looking toward the front, you can see the vastly increased head room needed for assisting Anson's mother to the toilet.

This view shows the custom passenger seat in the forward (travelling) position with the restroom door open.

The seat can be swivelled well over 90º with the passenger in it. That allows Anson, with the help of the strategically placed assist handles, to aid his mother's moving.
